I was reviewing some of my old training logs and realized one of the reasons I may have injured myself during last years race. Since I was doing most of my group runs with the Dana Farber Team last year, I was running a bit faster than I normally would during my long run. I've decided to take it down a notch on my long runs so I will hopefully not hurt myself again. So far so good.
This was a down week with 18 miles total and a long run of 7 miles today. I found a great route here with a ton of hills to get me ready for HEARTBREAK.
Onto week 7, 24 miles this week!
