Over the hump

Week 10 is done and I have to say, I feel very strong this week. I did a 15 mile training run today and ran negative splits in the process. The total for the week was 29 miles. I also added some speed work this week with the running club. I really hate getting up at 5:30 am to go run at the indoor track but I felt great afterwards. The long runs are starting to come to a peak now. I have 16 next week, then back to 12, then up to 18, back to 14 and cap it off with a 21 mile run. I'm looking forward to testing myself on the marathon course again.
