What a week!!

Well the peak week of this marathon training season is DONE! I ran 21 miles today. It was also the first 21 miles of the course. I finished the training run in 4 hours and 8 minutes! I was very happy with the time. My new goal for the marathon is to finish in under 5:15 so this makes that very possible. The total for the week was 41 miles. I am ready to taper now.

I also got my number this week. It's Bib #26079. At least I wont have to worry about many people passing me as I'll be waaaaaaaaaaay in the back of the pack.
