Well, here we are. This week is the biggest mileage week I will have during the entire training. It's all downhill from here, no pun intended! I had a VERY light week last week. I didn't do too much running but kept up the crosstraining with a couple of gym workouts and another swim workout. I did a few runs but nothing very long. I think I may have been just mentally tired from the long week before. Now the big push begins. I got in a 5.5 mile run today. I am looking to do another 5, a 10 and then the first 21 miles of the course on Sunday. I am hoping this week goes smoothly.
