Peak Week #1 is DONE!

Well, this was the first of two high mileage weeks. This week I had a pretty good swim workout and runs 5, 10, 5 and 20 miles. A 40 mile week!! And what a difference a week makes. As I said in an earlier post, I made some changes to my diet and gave up the cigars. That really seemed to make a big difference. I will also be looking to continue to improve the diet as the weeks go on. Not much else to report so I'll just keep truckin'!!
