My new favorite word: TAPER

Well, the hard stuff is done and I've been tapering over the last week. I still feel really strong on my runs and have been concentrating on my diet and making sure I am still eating properly while my mileage is coming down. I ran about25 miles total last week including a long run of 8 miles. I hope to run a "Boston Tune up" race this weekend. It's 15K and the perfect distance to run at this point in the training.
